Gather the information that makes an exterior-cleaning enquiry useful.
Before requesting a quote
- Photograph each area in daylight, including existing damage.
- Identify the surface material and any known coatings.
- List access constraints and nearby items that need protection.
- Ask what the proposed work includes and excludes.
- Agree how the result will be checked before work starts.
Keep expectations specific
Cleaning may reveal wear or staining that it cannot remove. Ask for a surface-specific explanation rather than an unqualified promise of a like-new result.
